Correct recall of user’s personal information impacts the enjoyment, believability, trust and perceived naturalness of conversation (Richards, Bransky 2014; Hastie et al. 2016). Talking about past differentiates talk between strangers and acquaintances and has impact on working alliance (Bickmore et al. 2005).
